Live in the heart of the arts
High-end finishes and luxury amenities are the price of entry in the Dallas real estate market, not something to hang your hat on. So, when tasked with launching a new apartment community in trendy Bishop Arts, we gave the neighborhood top billing — by making art central to every touchpoint in our communications.
RAISING THE BAR IN REAL ESTATE ADVERTISING
Before we even put up a website, we used fence signs to create intrigue in the community.
CONSTRUCTION FENCE CANVASES
· By commissioning local artists to transform fences into canvases, we added some fun to the construction process.
CAPTURING THE REAL BISHOP ARTS
It was important to Urban Genesis that our imagery look authentic, so over a three-day weekend we shot the neighborhood.
A TOURISM CAMPAIGN FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We included local businesses in our shoot with the intention of showcasing them in our communications as the property’s true ‘amenities.’
ART IS EVERYWHERE IN BISHOP ARTS
From neighborhood murals to hand-made chocolate, our social media campaign was a celebration of art and artisans in the neighborhood.
#BLINDARTIST PAINTS 4-STORY MURAL
The work and personal story of #blindartist John Bramblitt — and the fact that he’s a local — made him the unanimous choice for two epic murals on the buildings’ exteriors.
A NEW PERSONAL BEST
The local press was quick to pick up on the news as the four-story high murals were both epic for the neighborhood and the biggest project that Bramblitt has tackled to date.
